Day Four of Cabin Living



Sunday Brunch at the Cabin


This is the best way to use left-overs. Make a open-faced omelet with bacon and fresh green onions. Then dice up last night's baby potatoes to make hash browns. Ta da! Brunch is served with a cup of delicious hot tea.


Sunday Midday

Visited Vanderhoof and watched Maleficent, then stopped at one of the many fields for a stroll.


Sunday Dinner


I can't say no to barbecue. Tonight's dinner features marinated chicken wings and zucchini cooked over a hot barbecue. The wings were marinated with some sweet soy sauce, fresh pepper and basil.


Strawberry Shortcake

What better way to end a Sunday night with Le BF's Special Strawberry Shortcake.
