Oh Morihachi! They serve cold and hot Japanese tapas and they also offer a variety of meats for barbecuing and during weekdays from 9:30 pm to 1:00 am they offer 50% off drinks and 20% off food. Morihachi is located in Causeway Bay and conveniently just on the same block as our apartment, so the three of us decided to check it out. I personally think it was the "50% off drinks" that caught the boys' attention.
So in our attempt to have a well-balanced meal, we ordered some salads and tofu. We had a garden salad, mixed mushroom platter, cold tofu in a spicy sauce with a soft boiled egg and a tomato and scallion salad. I personally enjoyed myself at Morihachi, but even with the 20% off food it can get pretty pricey because the dishes were all very dainty except for the garden salad of course. Would I go back to Morihachi? Probably, but not on an empty stomach because I know I would over order. Oh and its probably not a good idea to go to Morihachi with two hungry boys, even with their discount.
Someone had to stop at Tsiu Wah for a hot dog. Like I said hungry boys!
Bye for now.
