Omakase (お任せ)

We decided it was best to just leave it up to the chef to be creative for us, because with almost 2.5 Liters of sake between the 4 of us I could barely steady my camera to take pictures of each dish, let alone order from the vast menu they had. All in all, the meal was absolutely amazing. It wowed all my senses and I am proud to say that my sushi cravings are finally satisfied!
After many cups of sake I kind of stopped taking pictures, so in no particular order and refering back to our bill this was what the chef created for us: Sashimi - Toro, Hamachi, Hound Fish but sometimes refered to as Needle Fish, Scallop, Salmon Belly, Uni, Snapper, Peony Shrimp. Nigiri - Hamachi, Yellow Tail, Octopus, Fish Roe, Tuna, Salmon Belly, Crab Roe, Egg. Cones - Scallop Cone, Spicy Salmon Belly Cone, Toro Cone. Hot Food - Hokkaido Scallop & Uni Tempura, Deep Fried Shrimp Heads, Spicy Boiled Clams.

Green Tea Soba and Cold Udon

There was also an after party after all that sake.
